FPC Childcare

Enrollment for the 2024-2025 school year is now open!

FPC Childcare, a religiously exempt child day center, offers preschool families an option for extended care outside of preschool hours.  Activities include classroom free play, art and table activities, snack, extra time outside and shared reading.  Enrollment in Fairfax Presbyterian Preschool (FPP) is required to use this program.  Students must enroll in Later Gators (Lunch Bunch) through FPP in order to participate in afternoon childcare.  Students enrolling in FPC Childcare are expected to participate for the full school year, September 3, 2024 through May 23, 2025.

Programs, Tuition and Fees

Registration Fee:  There is a one-time registration fee of $75 per family.  This fee is non-refundable if you choose to withdraw from FPC Childcare.

Tuition Deposit:  A 10% deposit of the yearly tuition rate is due at the time of registration.  (The tuition deposit will only be refunded in exceptional cases if a child withdraws from the program in advance of the school year, with written approval by the Director or FPC Childcare is unable to offer a program due to low enrollment or staffing shortages.)

5-day Afternoon Care: This program runs Monday-Friday 1:15 pm - 3:15 pm, following the preschool calendar.  Yearly tuition is $2,500 ($250 due at registration; the remainder paid in 9 equal installments*)

5-day Morning Care (Waitlist): This program runs Monday-Friday, 8:15 am - 9:30 am, following the preschool calendar.  Yearly tuition is $1,500  ($150 due at registration; the remainder paid in 9 equal installments*)

*Pricing note:  For convenience, the balance due on yearly tuition after the tuition deposit is paid is divided into nine (9) equal, monthly payments made September through May.  Monthly payments are due on the first of the month.

Registration Information

Space is limited.  Enrollment is on a first come, first served basis.  To register:

1. Enroll your child in an FPP program.
2. Fill out the 2024-2025 Registration Form (link below).
3. Pay the registration fee and tuition deposit invoice (emailed to you via Square).
