Morgan Crump
Director
Morgan Crump joined the FPP staff in 2016. Prior to her role as Director, Mrs. Crump worked as a Lead Teacher in the 3's and 4's classrooms and managed daily operations as Assistant Director. Mrs. Crump has a Bachelors and Masters in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University. Her passion for working with young children led her to a career change and an Early Childhood Development Degree from Northern Virginia Community College. Mrs. Crump previously served on the FPP Operations Committee and worked as a Parent Helper in the classroom. She and her husband have two children, both of whom are FPP graduates.

Linda Carter
Associate Director
Linda Carter has been teaching for over 25 years and has been at FPP since 2006. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and English from Trenton State College and is certified to teach in New Jersey, West Virginia, and Virginia. In addition to teaching, Mrs. Carter has operated a home childcare for 15 years and is active in both Girl and Boy Scouts. She and her husband Jeff have been married for over 20 years and live in Fairfax City with their two children, Elizabeth and Thomas. Both of Mrs. Carter’s children are alumni of FPP.

Jenny Staack-Kennerty
Bookkeeper
Jenny Staack-Kennerty holds a Bachelor’s degree in French (with a minor in Business Administration) and a Master’s degree in Education. Mrs. Staack-Kennerty taught middle school French in Oklahoma, ESL in the country of Morocco, and middle school History and Math in Alabama. She has also worked as the Church Business Manager for a large Lutheran Church in Missouri. Mrs. Staack-Kennerty has two beautiful daughters.

Fadime Cengiz

Ms. Cengiz has been at FPP since 2017. She has been teaching for over 13 years. She also worked as a Preschool teacher in Turkey. Mrs. Cengiz has Associate’s and Bachelor's degrees in Early Childhood Education. She has attended myriad programs and conferences on early childhood education. Mrs. Cengiz and her husband have been married for over 20 years and live in Fairfax with their three wonderful children. Mrs. Cengiz has international teaching experience because of her husband’s previous jobs, and he is currently a counterterrorism expert and professor at George Mason University.

Ms. Cathy joined the FPP staff in 2022. In addition to her role as a 3s Teacher, Ms. Cathy is also a Lead Teacher for the FPC Childcare Program.

Ms. Mona joined the FPP staff in 2021. Ms. Mona grew up in Egypt where she earned her Bachelor and Master Degrees in Social Work.

Ms. Beth joined the FPP staff in 2024. Ms. Beth grew up in Louisiana and is a graduate of Rutgers University. She loves working with young children and enjoys traveling with her husband and 3 daughters.

Richard Moss
Floating Teacher’s Aide
Mr. Richard has been a member of Fairfax Presbyterian Church since he was four years old. Mr Richard has volunteered in the church nursery for several years and assisted with Sunday school classes. His love for working with children led him to join the FPP staff. When he isn’t working, Mr Richard enjoys video games, card games, and writing.

Tracey Moss
FPC Childcare Lead Teacher
Ms. Tracey joined the FPC staff in 2006 and began working with young children in the Sunday nursery in 2010. Ms. Tracey joined the FPC Childcare staff as a Lead Teacher in 2021.
