Emilee Williams
Associate Pastor
Emilee Williams joined Fairfax Presbyterian as Associate Pastor in March 2023. She brings to Fairfax a unique breadth of ministry experiences. Previously, Emilee served as a Campus Minister at George Mason University through Arise Campus Ministry. Developing meaningful programming, building community, and facilitating creative faith formation are all close to her heart. In addition, Emilee has served as a Minister for Congregational Engagement at Lord of Life Lutheran Church and a regular pulpit supply preacher throughout National Capital Presbytery and beyond.
Deeply influenced by the spirituality of Ignatius of Loyola, Emilee is especially passionate about finding God in all things and inviting communities to do the same. She leads retreats and offers spiritual direction through her side ministry, the Grace Lab, and enjoys bringing these resources into her work at Fairfax, as well.
Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, Emilee has loved calling Arlington home for nearly five years and counting. She spent four and a half years in Kobe, Japan as a child (she’s a “Shampoo Kid,” ask her about this!), called Cleveland, TN home for college and Princeton, NJ home for seminary. Emilee is married to her college sweetheart, Vincent, who serves as a theological librarian at Virginia Theological Seminary. They are proud parents of Oliver Joseph, born October 2022. Emilee is an enthusiastic sports fan, lover of stationary and bullet-journaling, and an avid bookworm.
Emilee is in the office Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
