Fairfax Presbyterian Preschool

The Fairfax Presbyterian Preschool is a parent-participation preschool offering classes for 2, 3, 4, or 5 days a week. The program is certified by the National Association of the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). For further information, call the preschool office at 703-273-4333 or visit their website at www.fairfaxpresby.com/preschool.

FPP opened as a mission of Fairfax Presbyterian in 1958 as a non profit school for young children. When it opened, it was an interracial school, a remarkable witness for its time. Today, FPP continues to be a mission of FPC, serving the broad community of Fairfax with education throughplay, diversity, and ongoing growth and development for young children. The preschool provides rich and varied learning opportunities which contribute to a child’s social, emotional, physical, creative, intellectual, and spiritual growth. The children enrolled at FPP enjoy a wonderful, colorful, kid- friendly wing of the FPC building. They have highly trained teachers and a program that boasts the gold-standard of accreditation (National Association for the Education of Young Children).

FPC is proud of the mission of Fairfax Presbyterian Preschool where we serve the needs of families in our community, offer hospitality and grace to a host of children, and nurture children in lives of faith. We take delight in the numerous children who feel this is THEIR church, because they loved being in preschool here.

“Let the children come to me,” Jesus said.

In our preschool, we live that out.
