Join us for JOY! Ministry on Sunday. October 8 for “Fitness Over 50!” Edie McArthur, Pilates, yoga instructor and personal trainer will lead us in a program which will include exercise. Meet in the Gathering Room after the 11:15 worship service for a light lunch. Wear exercise clothes and shoes as we move to the Narthex for exercise. Stretch your body and your mind!
